Enrolment Process
Enrolment forms are available from the
office or from this page. To arrange an enrolment interview please call
the office on 4194 4333.
In
accordance with enrolment in state primary/secondary and special schools procedure to enrol student/s is as follows:
The enrolling child, together
with their legal parent/carer is to attend the above enrolment interview.
The enrolment pack is completed
in full and signed where indicated by the legal parent/carer.
The child’s birth certificate
is provided. (sighted by the school)
The following documents are
provided at the time of the interview to confirm the student’s principal place
of residence. (copies will be taken)
One Primary Document
- Parent/Carers
driver’s licence, Current Lease
Agreement,
Unconditional
Sale Agreement.
One Secondary
Document - Recent Utility Bill
(electricity/gas), Current Rates Notice
In
the event that your child does not have a birth certificate, please organise
for this to be ordered. If the birth certificate has not arrived by the time of
your interview we will accept a copy of the order/receipt whilst waiting for
the birth certificate to arrive, however your child will not be able to
commence their enrolment until the birth certificate is received.
The
Principal is responsible for all decisions on enrolments. Following
confirmation from the Principal that the enrolment has been successful your
child will be able to commence school from the start of the following school
day. If you are
unable to attend the enrolment interview for any reason, please contact us to
reschedule.
